Terms of Use

Permitted use

Use Layton Tools only for lawful language analysis and related services. Do not submit content that violates applicable law, OpenAI policies, or the rights of another person.

Consumer tokens and credits

A consumer token grants access to its remaining shared credits and private history. Keep it confidential. Credits are calculated using configured API prices and the current USD-to-PHP conversion rate.

Moderation and suspension

Submissions are moderated before paid analysis. A rejected consumer submission receives a violation. Three violations permanently suspend the token and disconnect its sessions. Temporarily paused and suspended tokens cannot connect.

Service limitations

Automated grammatical analysis can contain mistakes. Verify important results independently. Availability can be affected by hosting, network, or third-party API interruptions.

Deletion

Revoking a token permanently deletes its identifier, access, remaining credits, moderation records, and private history content from the consumer account. Aggregate completed-usage and audit records remain for accounting and security. Revocation cannot be reversed.
